The Stay-Form Metal Rib Forming Sheet (27 in x 97 in) is a high-performance permanent concrete forming solution designed for use in below-grade and blindside wall applications. Engineered from expanded metal with a rigid ribbed profile, Stay-Form provides excellent strength, flexibility, and concrete bonding capability for demanding construction environments.
This forming sheet is commonly used where traditional formwork removal is not possible, making it ideal for foundation walls, retaining walls, tunnel work, and other structural concrete applications. Its open mesh design allows concrete to flow through and fully encapsulate the form, creating a strong mechanical bond for long-term durability.

Installation
4”-8” minimum lap between running Stay-Form sheets
2-rib minimum lap between stacked Stay-Form sheets
Tie wire around rib and bracing is recommended.
Bracing where sheets lap is also recommended.
Attach Stay-Form to bracing with wire, staples, roofing nails or similar.
Notch ribs to make 90 degree turns; ribs face into the concrete pour.
Cut Stay-Form sheets with a grinder, cutoff saw, abrasive blade or tin snips.
