    BOUNCE BACK BOLLARD INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Step #1: Place Base Plate Cover in desired location of the Bounce Back Bollard and use the holes to mark for the anchors. Then remove the Base Plate Cover and drill in anchor bolts. Place the Steel Base Plate between the anchors like so:

    Step #2: Place the Rubber Flex Base ontothe Steel Base Plate

    Step #3: Place the Steel Bollard on top of the Rubber Flex Base, fitting the pipe inside
    Step #4: Slide the Rubber Flex Topper over the top of the Steel Bollard and press into the Rubber Flex Base, making sure it’s level.

    Step #5: Carefully slide the gray Base Plate Cover over the top of the Steel Bollard, using the side handles. Ensure the System Base Plate holes are lined up with anchor bolts.

    Step #6: : Drill down the nuts over the anchor bolts to lock the system into place, making sure the Plate is flush with the ground.
    Step #7: Using the two pieces of adhesive tape, wrap one 6” from the top of the pipe and the other 6” from the bottom of the
    pipe. Once tape in place, slide the Bollard Cover over the top of the pipe.
